Ashley Kassan
Ashley, a Los Angeles native, found her passion for yoga as a teenager and discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2010. Since then, it has become a central part of her life and personal growth. As a dedicated mother of two, she is passionate about integrating the teachings of Kundalini Yoga into her daily routines and family life.
While she loves and appreciates the physical aspects of the practice, Ashley finds deep fulfillment in the power of chanting and meditation. Her classes offer a thoughtful blend of strength, tranquility, and spiritual growth.

In this 60-minute Power Hour Kundalini Yoga class, you can expect to break a sweat!
We’ll work on strengthening the physical body, expanding our pranic capacity &
exploring the power of our sound current using mantra & meditation.
This class will provide you with a boost of energy to set you up for a successful day.
Fridays with Ashley
This class will begin with a dynamic Kundalini Yoga set to awaken & strengthen the body,
followed by breathwork, chanting & meditation to calm the mind.
We will finish with the gong to heal & release the stress from the week.
